How do I use it?
For the use of the home devices, simply place one in each room, preferably the center of the room but it doesn’t have to be. The devices don’t have to be charged, just place them and they are off to work.
Does it work on pets?
Yes, our devices also work on pets as long as they are within the functional range. (500 sq ft. per room)
Does the number of rooms mean number of devices?
Yes, for example, the 2 room options comes with 2 devices, one for each room.
How long until I get my order?
We work to ship all orders in 1 – 2 business days. We ship orders with USPS First Class, which means your order will be delivered in 3 – 10 business days! Please note Canadian orders may have slightly longer shipping times.
